What an incredible weekend in Norman, Oklahoma! Thank you to everyone who traveled, participated, spoke and invested in growing your business and leadership.
Key Takeaways from ASEA Corporate
ASEA Corporate opened the event by emphasizing one of the most important metrics in building a thriving organization: Activation.
Activation was defined as the moment a new Brand Partner takes meaningful action—not just enrolling themselves, but helping another person get started. When duplication begins immediately, momentum builds, confidence grows, and earning potential increases dramatically.
The team also reinforced the importance of focusing on PGV3 (Personal Group Volume within 3 levels) and understanding the three foundational concepts of the compensation plan:
✅ Build 8 wide
✅ Build 3 levels deep
✅ Understand that the Executive Momentum Pool (EMP) is not the destination—it's a bridge to building true Binary depth and long-term residual income.
The message was clear: simple, duplicatable activities create lasting growth.
The Power of Residual Income
One of the most impactful presentations of the day came from Diamond, Brad Dozier, who shared a powerful visual illustrating the value of residual income.
Most people understand the value of rental properties, dividend portfolios, and investment accounts. What many fail to recognize is that a business producing consistent monthly income has measurable asset value as well.
An ASEA business generating:
$500/month can represent approximately $120,000 in asset value
$1,000/month can represent approximately $240,000 in asset value
$2,000/month can represent approximately $480,000 in asset value
The takeaway? We aren't simply building monthly income. We're building an asset that can grow in value over time. This is important knowledge to understand when you are sharing the opportunity of ASEA.
As Brad reminded us, the same discipline required to build a traditional investment portfolio can also be applied to building a residual income business—often with significantly lower capital requirements.
