A New Year Message from Terry & Erin for the Lead From the Front Community
As we close the chapter on this year and step boldly into 2026, our hearts are full of gratitude for you. Thirteen years ago, when we said yes to ASEA, our belief was unwavering—but belief alone didn’t build this business. Consistency did.
Consistency compounds—and 2026 will reward those who keep showing up.
As many of you noticed, we intentionally took a few days off before writing this message. That pause mattered.
“Rest is not quitting—it’s strategic. When you pause to recharge and reset, you don’t lose momentum—you sharpen it.”
We stepped away to refuel so we could return clear, focused, and ready for what’s next—because leadership is about longevity.
And what’s next is big.
2026 is shaping up to be a huge year for ASEA—if you take advantage of it. Not with intensity that burns hot and fades fast, but with steady, daily engagement that compounds over time. We’ll take the person who shows up every day at 70%, engaged and resourceful, over the person who shows up twice a month at 100%.
Consistency compounds. Intensity burns out.
As you head into the new year, hear this clearly:
You don’t have to be perfect—just keep showing up.
You don’t need to know everything about the enhanced comp plan or the entrepreneurial engine behind ASEA ONE.
You simply need to be excited, keep it simple, and know Club One.
Share your passion. Trust the process. Stay in motion.
We’ve shared this before, but it’s worth repeating: when we started in this industry, it took us two full years to earn our first consistent $2,000 monthly check. There were moments we wondered if it was working—but it was. We were becoming. And so are you.
If you keep showing up, learning, connecting, and believing, you will win. Not overnight—but inevitably.
